My brother-in-law has a beautiful Citroen DS Pallas and he spotted this smart XM at the specialist that maintains it. He has owned it for a couple years but has fallen for the charms of an Xantia.

It is the 2.1litre, 12V, Turbo Diesel model with a four speed automatic gearbox in VSX specification meaning electric windows all round, electric mirrors, colour coded bumpers, front fog lights, electric front seats (working!), electric sunroof (not working!), and a fantastically comfortable fabric interior. 

The car has covered 112,00 miles with much recent history including new suspension spheres and tyres all round, new brakes, and a large bill in 2019 attending to electrical and ABS faults. As a result, the XM drives beautifully with sharp handling and brakes and, once it's up and running, it will maintain decent speeds up hill and down dale.

Inside the XM is immaculate with little or no wear and the seats fold down to make an enormous load area. It has an enormous load area even if you don't fold the seats down...

The bodywork is very good with just a little ageing that one would expect.

A Citroen Dealer pack with the Service book and Handbooks is in the file along with recent repair invoices and MOT certificates. 

Now rare, the XM Estate offers large amounts of room and comfort for little outlay and this example, whilst not brand new, is in excellent order throughout.
