Lancia Flavia for sale Sold

Sold

In silver with dark red interior.

The Lancia Flavia Coupe was introduced in 1963 and was fitted with a 1500cc engine. This soon increased to 1800cc and from 1965 a buyer could specify the 1800 unit fitted with Kugelfischer Fuel injection. The slightly rusty Coupe that we have at Pye Corner is such a car. It is fitted with a four speed gearbox.

It is a very rare right hand drive Coupe, supplied new to a doctor in 1965. His son then owned it for a time until a long term customer of ours purchased it from him with a friend in 1991. They used it sparingly, had it maintained and MOT'd and had the rear wheel arches rebuilt. It succumbed to an MOT tester in 2007 and was parked in garage until we exhumed it (carefully)

The Lancia requires a full restoration. It is complete and has never been stripped down. The fixtures and fittings remain intact and the car appears to have never been played about with.

The engine turns freely by hand as does the alternator. We have not started the car and will not be attempting to do so.

Long term ownership and few keepers have helped this rare and handsome car to survive.
