This superb Scimitar GTE automatic was restored in 2009 which included a full respray, renewing the full length sunroof, fitting a stainless steel exhaust and polybushing the front suspension. AVO shock absorbers also went in at the front. This is the SE6b model with the galvanised chassis.

One of our local customers acquired it eight years ago and he spent nearly £20,000 to make it one of the nicest around. Well known Reliant Scimitar specialists, Queensberry Road Garage have carried out most of the work including upgrading the automatic gearbox to a four speed A4 LD unit, rebuilding the Cologne 3.0 litre V6 engine and fitting a Weber carburettor, fitting silicone hoses throughout, restoring the engine bay, and extensive refurbishment of the wiring. Electric power steering has also been fitted and an upgraded alloy radiator.

Will Sparrow, Middlebridge style, bumpers are fitted front and rear, there is a CD player, a Mountney steering wheel, central locking and a fully re-trimmed interior.

There is an extensive history file detailing all the work along with MOT certificates going back nearly thirty years, a handbook, various publications about GTEs and correspondence about the car. 

It is rare to find a Scimitar in such excellent condition.
