In Silverstone Grey with black interior.

Fiat Dinos come as Pininfarina designed Spiders and four seater Coupes designed by Bertone. They share the Ferrari 246 Dino engine and this beautiful, early European car is fitted with the four camshaft 2.0 litre V6 variant, thought by many to be sweeter than the later 2.4 unit.

It was first delivered in Nice, France and eventually went to Portugal in 2003, landing in the UK in 2014. Two enthusiastic owners have cared for it since, spending nearly £28,000 on mechanicals to make it a fantastic driving machine. Some of these works include a conversion to modern electronic ignition (hidden in the original ignition unit), a full suspension and steering strip down and rebuild, and a brake overhaul.

Since 2017, the Dino Coupe has been looked after by The Ferrari Centre in Maidstone on behalf of its fastidious owner. Realising that it was down on power, the owner asked them to carry out a compression test and, as a result, commissioned them to replace all four camshafts (to factory spec) They stripped and cleaned the carburettors, overhauled the halfshafts and propshaft, Waxoyled the underside and carried out many other tasks to ensure that the car was mechanically spot on and driving beautifully.                                                                                                                                       Because he likes to drive his cars (he drove 9,000 miles in a year in a Rover 3.5 Coupe that we sold him) - he's covered 20,000 kms in this lovely machine, including some enthusiastic runs through Europe in the company of like minded friends with nice machinery.

The history file includes a Fiat Certification, a handbook and workshop manual and a large file of receipts for the maintenance detailed.

The attention over the last six years, allied to regular use, make this Fiat Dino a joy to drive. It starts easily and ticks over sweetly. The engine pulls enthusiastically and the gearbox and drivetrain are superb.

The bodywork and underside are very good, the fixtures and fittings clean and well presented and the interior is delightful with new carpets and expertly trimmed seats.

A fine Coupe, driving beautifully.
