In British Racing green with mid green interior and black wire wheels.
A 1956 BN2 Healey with a 2.6 litre, four cylinder engine and a four speed gearbox with overdrive. It is left hand drive and was created for a gentleman with a great eye for detail.
The car was exported to the US when new and then fully restored on its return to the UK in the early 2000s. It changed hands in 2014 and shortly after was treated to a bare metal respray and the wire wheels were painted black. The bumpers were removed and the roundels were put on to the doors to create a Gentleman Driver look. The bonnet has louvres and al eather strap to add to that.
The interior remains in superb condition throughout with little or no wear.
The (original) engine was fully stripped, rebuilt and converted for unleaded petrol five hundred miles ago and sounds excellent. It has electronic ignition and there is a side exit exhaust fitted.
All the works that have been carried out on this car are detailed in the extensive history file, including pictures of the bare metal repaint, numerous invoices and a Heritage Certificate which confirms that this car has its original engine and is a matching numbers example.
A great looking and sounding, two seater Healey.
