In Sage green metallic with cream fabric interior.

This gorgeous Aprilia saloon was supplied new to London and retains its original registration number FLE851. It uses the 1352cc, V4 engine with a four speed gearbox and goes extremely well belying its small capacity and the car's age.  

There is a comprehensive history going all the way back to the nineteen sixties, documenting its first restoration in 1969, and a subsequent rebuild in 1993 from when it covered 5,000 miles on LMC rallies and tours when owned by the Rudler family, from which there are many photographs. The car went to another Lancia enthusiast and there are ongoing mechanical invoices from Peter Harding.

Between 2008 and 2010, the Aprilia again received much mechanical fettling costing £20,000, including from Omicron Classico who carried out a comprehensive engine rebuild and replaced the clutch. The car has covered about 1,000 miles since. The bodywork has been overhauled and beautifully repainted. The interior has been completely retimmed and remains in excellent order.

The Aprilia is in fine condition. The bodywork is crisp and straight with a deep shine to the paintwork, the interior has lightly mellowed and the fixtures and fittings are very good. It is great fun to drive and handles well. It is ready for more adventures!
